1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on up999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. up999 does not permit access by any person under the age of 21, and age verification may be required at any point during your account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register player accounts on up999.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing up999 from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of gambling activities in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of up999 or any of its affiliated software providers, without prior written consent from up999 management.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from up999 or any affiliated gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts — whether under your own name or under another person's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

up999 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a review of account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2 Account Security & Player Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your up999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. up999 will never ask you for your password through any channel.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your up999 account and must not reuse passwords from other services. up999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. up999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify up999 support immediately at support@up999.bet.
• You may not allow third parties to access or operate your account on your behalf, including through account-sharing arrangements, agent relationships, or automated tools.
• Account login and balance management are available through the up999 Login page. It is your responsibility to log out securely from shared or public devices after every session.

up999 applies new-device verification and suspicious activity monitoring as standard security measures. In the event that anomalous activity is detected on your account, up999 may temporarily suspend access pending your identity confirmation. This is a protective measure and does not constitute a breach of these Terms by up999.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

up999 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players, all processed natively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion fees applied to the player's account balance:

• JazzCash — instant deposits and withdrawals via mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa — instant deposits and withdrawals via mobile wallet
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer deposits and withdrawals
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer deposits and withdrawals
• Meezan Bank — bank transfer deposits and withdrawals
• General Bank Transfer — domestic bank transfers where supported

The minimum deposit amount on up999 is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing timeframes are communicated within the cashier section of your up999 account and may vary by payment method. up999 does not charge deposit fees to players; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. up999 reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used by the player for a deposit, or to an alternative method verified as belonging to the same account holder. up999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

up999 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on player account balances. Funds held in your up999 account are held in a designated player funds account, segregated from up999's operational funds, for the purpose of protecting player balances in the event of insolvency.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

up999 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, sports betting credits, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to players who have completed the up999 registration process and met all applicable eligibility requirements, including age verification (21+).
• All bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the total bonus amount multiplied by the stated figure must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live casino games (including Dragon Tiger and Caishen Wins), and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus not claimed within the specified claim window, or any wagering requirement not completed within the specified completion window, will result in the automatic forfeiture of the relevant bonus balance.
• up999 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material change affecting their active wagering requirement.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, or per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempts to circumvent this restriction constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• up999 reserves the right to void bonuses and recover bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that bonus abuse, irregular gameplay patterns, or exploitation of game mechanics has occurred.

Sports betting bonuses are additionally subject to minimum odds requirements per selection, as specified in the applicable promotion. Accumulators, system bets, and certain bet types may be excluded from bonus wagering for sports promotions. Please review individual promotion pages for full details prior to claiming any offer.

5 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play Standards

All casino games available on up999, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and the up999 Casino game lobby, are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be manipulated by up999 or by any player.

up999 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG game titles. These figures represent the theoretical long-term average return to players and are certified by independent testing laboratories. RTP figures are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

• Players are expected to engage with games in good faith. Any attempt to exploit software errors, game glitches, or unintended game mechanics for financial gain is prohibited and will result in winnings being voided.
• The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that interfaces with up999 gameplay in an automated manner is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void at the discretion of up999 or the game provider. Bets placed in a void round will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with up999's official sports betting rules, which are published in the sports section of the platform. In the event of a dispute over the settlement of a sports bet, up999's decision — following review of available data — is final.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the up999 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an up999 account if you are under the age of 21
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during the account verification process
• Opening or operating more than one player account on up999, including via the use of alternate names, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods
• Using the up999 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies using bonus funds, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the up999 platform, its servers, or any game software
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward up999 support agents or other platform users
• Accessing the up999 platform via VPN, proxy, or anonymising services for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the up999 platform solely for personal recreational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any up999 platform content without prior written authorisation
• Creating derivative works based on any up999 intellectual property
• Using up999 branding, logos, or trademarks in any context outside of your personal use of the platform
• Screen-scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting platform content for any commercial purpose

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, up999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the up999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

up999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

up999 is not responsible for any internet connectivity failures, device incompatibilities, third-party service disruptions, or other technical issues outside of up999's direct control that may affect your access to or enjoyment of the platform. While we endeavour to maintain high platform availability, up999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to its services.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

up999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Provision of false registration information or failure to pass identity verification
• Abuse of bonus offers or exploitation of game mechanics
• Reasonable suspicion of collusion or match-fixing in sports betting markets
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at up999's discretion for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting up999 support. Any active responsible gaming restriction (including self-exclusion) applied to an account prior to closure will remain in effect and will be honoured if the player attempts to re-register.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which up999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: In the first instance, you must submit a written complaint to up999 support at support@up999.bet. up999 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with up999's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by up999's licensing authority. Details of the applicable body are available on request.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: Disputes not resolved through the above steps may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm. Pakistani players retain any mandatory consumer rights afforded to them under applicable Pakistani law that cannot be excluded by contract.

12 Amendments to These Terms

up999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — up999 will provide reasonable advance notice via:

• A notification displayed prominently on the up999 platform upon your next login
• An email to the address registered on your up999 account, where feasible
• An updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this Terms & Conditions page

Your continued use of the up999 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and supersedes all previous versions.
